Architektonischer Kronleuchter mit Messing Stäben, 1950er

This chandelier is a simple piece of modern design with an arrangement of six lamp holders within a grey steel frame with brass fittings. The crossbars appear to be gold-plated. The style of the piece can be directed through the choice of the bulb. The twin stems are height-adjustable, making this a good piece for high ceilings or hung low over a dining table if required. At the ceiling, there is a rectangular canopy - also of grey steel - with a brass finial. The canopy can be pushed up to the ceiling and held in place by tightening the fittings on the stems. The fixture takes six large screw-fitting bulbs. Each brass pole is approximately 80cm tall when used as a single, or 160cm as a double with a brass connector in the middle. Additional dimensions: - Height with 1 brass pole: 88 cm - Height with 2 brass poles: 168 cm
